Important information

Wheelchair users:

Due to capacity restrictions in the castle, only one wheelchair is permitted inside at a time. So all wheelchair users are required to book a wheelchair pass (free) on our booking system in addition to the specific ticket required (Adult/Child/OAP/Student). Wheelchair passes are available on the hour, every hour (eg. 10am, 11am, etc.) If your desired time slot appears as unavailable, it means that a wheelchair pass has already been booked for that session.

Some small amendments to our planned event will be made to facilitate wheelchair access in the best way possible.

Sensory Friendly times:

We will hold our sensory friendly session of The Christmas Experience on Sat 23d November at 10am, . Music is lowered, capacities are reduced, all to make the event a sensory inclusive experience for all. Please get in touch with us at tickets@thechristmasexperience.ie if you have any concerns and we will do our best to accommodate all.

Max group size:

The max number of people who can be booked at a time is 8 people in total. If you try to book for more than 8, no availability will show. You can book more than one group of 8 for the same time and go through most of the experience together, but max 8 can meet Santa at a time due to capacity in the grotto.
